Massachusetts Addiction Treatment Provider Organizations Combine, Lawrence Medical Center Acquires New Horizons Medical

Lawrence Medical Center acquired New Horizons Medical, both provide addiction treatment, and behavioral and mental health services in Massachusetts. The acquisition includes New Horizon’s mobile clinic and its six clinic locations in Framingham, Brookline, Quincy, Lynn, Fitchburg, and Haverhill. Financial terms were not disclosed. The clinics will continue to operate under the New Horizons name.

New Horizons Medical is an outpatient Substance Use and Mental Health Clinic licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services. Its service line includes psychotherapy, integrated lab testing and medication management.
