Massachusetts Invests $13 Million To Expand BYRT Student Mental Health Program
Massachusetts is investing $13 million to expand the Bridge for Resilient Youth in Transition (BRYT) program. BRYT is;an in-school program to support students who have fallen behind academically due to challenges with their mental health.;;
The funds will be used to set up BRYT programs at more than 30 high-need schools across Massachusetts. Historically, the program has only been available to schools that had the economic resources to launch the program. This is the first time the state government has provided funding to establish BRYT in schools.;
