MDLIVE Launches Chronic Condition Monitoring Program

MDLIVE, an Evernorth company and a large virtual care provider organization, launched a chronic condition monitoring program. Under guidance by MDLIVE clinical professionals, consumers can track and report key biometrics such as blood pressure and glucose levels for their virtual primary care clinical professionals to review with them during their visits.
