Medicare Announces 51 Entities Participating In The Direct Contracting Model For Global, & Professional Options Implementation Period

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation announced that 51 Direct Contracting Entities (DCEs) are participating in the implementation period of the Direct Contracting Model for Global and Professional Options. The DCEs will serve beneficiaries in 39 states as well as in the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

The implementation period runs from October 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021.
