Medtronic & American Well Form Partnership To Fight Chronic Disease

Medtronic Care Management Services (MCMS) and American Well have recently announced that they will be collaborating together to give their users easier access to each other’s services. The new collaboration will help fight chronic disease.

MCMS’s remote patient monitoring software will transmit data to doctors providing telehealth consultations on the American Well platform. The data from those visits will integrate back into MCMS’s data. The goal of the collaboration is to provide patients with greater access to their care team.
