Mental Health America Testifies Before Congress On H.R. 2646
Paul Gionfriddo, president and chief executive officer of Mental Health America (MHA), testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Health regarding the house bill, H.R. 2646, The Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act of 2015. Gionfriddo urged the committee to expand on opportunities to integrate health and educational services for children. Gionfriddo spoke of the organizationās interest in seeing the following adjustments made to the legislation:
