Mercy Health Announces Possible Acquisition Of Prima Health Care

Mercy Health (Mercy) Youngstown announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Prima Health Care (Prima). Prima Health Care’s mission is to ensure the overall well-being of the communities it serves by being Northeast Ohio’s premier health care provider organization.

It is anticipated that the acquisition will allow Mercy to optimize coordination of care, enhance communication, and enrich the experience of consumers across Mercy and Prima’s points of care.
