Meridian Health Plan Of Illinois Partners With Somethings To Provide Virtual Peer Mental Health For Youth Medicaid Members

An Illinois Medicaid health plan, Meridian Health Plan of Illinois, Inc. (Meridian), partnered with Somethings, a digital mental health platform focused on peer mental health services for youth. Through this partnership, Meridian will offer access to peer-based mental health support for its Medicaid plan members and YouthCare HealthChoice Illinois (YouthCare) members ages 13 to 21 across Illinois. The partnership gives more than 159,000 members access to Somethings' youth-centered mental health support services.
