Methodist Children’s Homes Of Mississippi Awarded $3.3 Million To Modernize Treatment Environments, Establish New Programs
The state of Mississippi is awarding $3,375,709 to Methodist Children’s Homes of Mississippi to support modernizing its treatment environments and to establish new mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults affected by COVID-19. The funding is through the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Coronavirus Relief (CDBG-CV) program. The Mississippi Development Authority approved funding to modernize treatment environments and establish new programming focused on long-term recovery.
Administered through Mississippi's Mental Healthcare Services Program, the funding will support projects for Methodist Children's Homes of Mississippi . . .
