Mid Coast Health System closed the Mid Coast Medical Center (MCMC) Trinity operations on April 25, 2025. The Trinity branch hospital served the rural Trinity County region in eastern Texas. The closure occurred following months of efforts to secure financial stability and long-term sustainability for the facility, the company said.
