MindPath Health Acquires Arizona-Based Metropolitan Neuro Behavioral Institute

MindPath Health, which provides outpatient behavioral health services, expanded into Arizona with the acquisition of Metropolitan Neuro Behavioral Institute based in Chandler, which serves the greater Phoenix area. The Institute provides a full range of psychiatric and psychological services, including medical management, psychological testing, counseling, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The Institute's President and Chief Executive Officer Lauro Amezcua-Patino, M.D., will remain with the practice. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
