Mindsoother Therapy Center In New Jersey Joins ARC Health

Mindsoother Therapy Center, a mental health practice in Livingston, New Jersey was acquired by ARC Health in January 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was facilitated by Mertz Taggart, a health care-focused merger and acquisition advisory firm.
