Minnesota Home Care Provider Organization Accra Acquires Eustice Consulting

Accra, a statewide provider of home care services in Minnesota, acquired Eustice Counseling LLC, which provides office-based and in-home trauma-informed behavioral health services in rural St. Louis County, Minnesota. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Accra’s mental health counseling and adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) program. Gary Eustice, the founder of Eustice Counseling and a therapist with 45 years of experience, and the organization’s team of full-time therapists joined Accra via the acquisition.
