Mississippi Board Of Mental Health Names Vice Chair

The Mississippi Board of Mental Health named Richard Barry as the Vice Chair. He assumed the role on July 1, 2015. Barry is a Senior Partner in the law firm of Barry, Palmer, Thaggard, May and Bailey, LLP in Meridian, Mississippi. Barry received his law degree from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Lauderdale County Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
