Mitchelstown’s LivingHealth Clinic Acquired By Valley Healthcare

Valley Healthcare (Valley), which is owned by the Irish Infrastructure Fund, recently acquired Mitchelstown’s LivingHealth Clinic. The Irish Infrastructure Fund is co-managed by Irish Life Investment Managers and AMP Capital. The 20,000 square-foot clinic is occupied by the Health Service Executive, amongst other service provider organizations.

The acquisition comes as part of Valley’s goal of owning up to 20 such centers by 2020.  Additionally, the purchase accompanies Valley’s other recent acquisition of another primary care center, CentrePoint.
