Molina Healthcare of Ohio plans to invest;$1.25 million to improve the health outcomes of members with mental illness, addiction, and chronic conditions. The funding is intended to speed implementation of the;Ohio Behavioral Healthcare Provider Network’s (OBHPN) integrated system of care model.;The model aims to connect provider organizations, hospitals, and social care organizations that will share data and best practices that improve health outcomes. Molina’s financial commitment will also enable OBHPN to hire and train community health workers. ;
