Molina Healthcare To Acquire Medicaid Plan MyChoice Wisconsin For $150 Million

Molina Healthcare, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of My Choice Wisconsin (MCW) for $150 million. The all-cash transaction is slated to close during 2022. MCW is a Medicaid managed care organization that provides managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) and core Medicaid services for more than 44,000 Wisconsin beneficiaries.
