Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Acquires Brightview Senior Living Portfolio
Morgan Stanley Investment Management, through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), partnered with Brightview Senior Living (Brightview) to acquire a portfolio of eight premium senior housing communities. The communities are currently owned by Harrison Street, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Brightview will continue to operate the communities.
The Brightview portfolio includes eight communities with 1,186 units located across sites in the Baltimore, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Providence, Rhode Island; and Boston Massachusetts metropolitan areas.
