MTM, Inc., announced plans to acquire Veyo, a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The anticipated closing date was not stated. Josh Komenda, Veyo’s chief executive officer (CEO) and co-founder, will stay on board with MTM in a leadership role. MTM is one of the largest NEMT brokers in the nation, scheduling more than 13 million trips for Medicaid and Medicare members nationwide.
