National Association Of Psychiatric Health Systems Welcomes New Executive Vice President

The National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS) welcomes Shawn Coughlin as executive vice president for government relations and public policy. Mr. Coughlin will oversee NAPHS' advocacy work in Washington D.C. and implement strategic policy goals to support high-quality care for Americans who live with mental and substance use disorders.

NAPHS advocates for behavioral health and represents provider systems that are committed to the delivery of responsive, accountable, and clinically effective prevention, treatment, and care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with mental and substance use disorders.
