National Alliance For Care At Home Launches With New Logo, Website   

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) have agreed to combine under a newly formed organization, the National Alliance for Care at Home.;;

The two organizations launched the Alliance with a new logo and website. They said the organization would carry forward the work of serving home care, home health, hospice, and palliative care providers as they deliver home and community-based care.
