National Committee For Quality Assurance Recognizes SouthCoast Health

SouthCoast Health recently received national recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). SouthCoast attained Level 3 recognition — the highest possible PCMH distinction — at its primary care offices throughout Savannah, Richmond Hill, and Pooler. It also received recognition at its pediatric offices in Savannah, Richmond Hill, and Rincon. The organization successfully met the program's highest standards of patient-centered processes, which focuses on highly coordinated care and long-term patient-clinician relationships to earn the distinction. The recognition is valid for three years. SouthCoast Health is based in Savannah, Florida.
