The National Quality Forum Names Innovation Challenge Winners

The winning entries were recently announced for The National Quality Forum’s (NQF) 2017 Innovation Challenge. NQF’s Innovation Challenge awards cash prizes to individuals who foster learning and improvement as part of its 2017-2018 Learning Collaborative Patient-Centered Measurement Webinar Series.

The winners, who each will receive $2,000, are as follows:
