The National Council for Behavioral Health has named Tom Hill as Vice President of Addictions and Recovery. Mr. Hill's prior experience includes director of programs at Faces and Voices of Recovery; and his time as both director of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and senior adviser to the SAMHSA administrator, resulted in investments in treatment and recovery for the opioid epidemic.
