Federal Government Approved Nebraska Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Services Waivers
The federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved two Nebraska Medicaid waiver applications. The approval will allow continued funding, and increase some funding, for community-based services for those with developmental disabilities.
The newly approved waivers both assist Medicaid consumers and bring the state into alignment with federal regulations due to billing issues. The two waivers include:
