Nest Health Launches Home-Based Substance Use Disorder Program

Nest Health, which provides family-centered, home-based health care for high-risk families, today announced the launch of Nest Rooted Recovery. The new program provides treatment and medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) by bringing evidence-based addiction treatment into the home and integrating ongoing medical, behavioral, and social care for the entire family.;

Nest Rooted Recovery is embedded within Nest's fully integrated care model. Pregnant and non-pregnant women receive both addiction treatment and continuous access to primary care, chronic condition management, mental health services, and social care in their own homes. ;
