Net Health Acquires Optima Healthcare Solutions

Net Health, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for specialized outpatient care, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Optima Healthcare Solutions (Optima). The transaction is expected to close in July of 2019. Net Health will continue to be headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, serving customers nationwide with office locations in six states.
