Neurocrine Biosciences Inc. completed its $2.9 billion acquisition of Soleno Therapeutics Inc., adding a treatment for overeating among those with Prader-Willi syndrome. The treatment, VYKAT XR (diazoxide choline tablets) is approved for the treatment of overeating (hyperphagia) in adults and pediatric consumers ages 4 and older with Prader-Willi syndrome.
