Neurotech Startup Roga Launches Novel Wellness Solution To Combat Stress & Burnout

Neurotech company Roga launched Roga Life™,  a wearable stress reduction device and app that reduces stress and burnout by combining electrical brain stimulation and customized meditation and journaling. The Roga Life device is worn like wired headphones. It plugs into the user's phone, where they watch guided stress-relieving video content.

The company was founded in 2020. In exclusive beta testing conducted through 2022, Roga users experienced an average 58% reduction in their stress symptoms after 2 weeks, and 82% after 4 weeks.
