New Commissioner Appointed For Developmental Disabilities State Agency

Morna Murray was named the commissioner of the Department of Developmental Disabilities by Governor Dannel P. Malloy. The president of the Connecticut Community Providers Association assumed her role on February 9. She succeeded Terence Macy, who stepped down in January.
