New Comprehensive Outpatient Program Helps New Yorkers Access Multiple Addiction Services in One Location
The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) announced the opening of a new Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Treatment Program in Rochester in November 2025, operated by Helio Health. Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Treatment Programs provide more opportunities to access multiple services, including counseling, education, referrals, and medication for opioid use disorder, by containing an outpatient treatment program and an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at the same site. OASAS is contributing $760,000 from the New York State Opioid Settlement Fund to support the development and operation of this program.
