New Day Healthcare, which provides home care services, acquired Patient Recovery Home Healthcare Services, which provides personal care services in Houston, Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Patient Recovery Home Healthcare has been providing personal care services in the Houston area for over 15 years. The operation will continue to operate under its current brand, and the entire staff will remain in place.
