New Day Healthcare To Enter New Mexico With Acquisition Of Heritage Home Healthcare 

New Day Healthcare, which offers home-based services, entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Heritage Home Healthcare, in New Mexico. This acquisition is New Day’s 15th acquisition since its founding in 2020, and its first expansion into New Mexico. New Mexico will be the fifth state in which New Day offers services. The company’s goal is to continue expansion across multiple service lines.;

The purchase of Heritage Home Healthcare is anticipated to close in July 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;
