New Delaware Law Caps Consumer Out-Of-Pocket Cost Sharing For Diabetes Equipment At $35 Per Month

A new Delaware law caps the monthly consumer out-of-pocket cost sharing costs for diabetes supplies and equipment at $35. Delaware Governor John Carney signed Senate Bill 316 on October 26, 2022, and the provisions go into effect on April 26, 2023.
