New Jersey Non-Profits NewBridge Services & Christian Health To Merge

Non-profits NewBridge Services and Christian Health in New Jersey announced merger plans in which NewBridge Services will become a subsidiary of Christian Health. NewBridge Services provides community and residential behavioral health, educational, and senior services. Christian Health provides a continuum of senior living, short-term rehabilitation, and behavioral health services.

The agreement between Christian Health and NewBridge Services will take effect following the completion of governmental regulatory reviews, expected by the end of 2022.
