North Carolina Opens New Child-Focused Behavioral Health Urgent Care Respite Facility In Columbus County, North Carolina 

The Life Changing Behavioral Health Urgent Care respite facility opened on June 17, 2025, in Columbus County, North Carolina. The six-bed respite facility will focus on serving children and families in eastern North Carolina, as a partnership between the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Life Changing Behavioral Health Services, and Trillium Health Resources.
