North Carolina’s Cone Health To Become Part of Risant Health  

North Carolina health system operator Cone Health and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals’ Risant Health reached an agreement, under which Cone Health will become part of Risant Health. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ;

Under the agreement, which is subject to regulatory approval, Cone Health would maintain its brand, name, and mission, and will maintain its own board, CEO and leadership team. It will continue to work with health plans, provider organizations, and independent physicians.
