Northwell Health & Nuvance Health Enter Agreement On Integrated Regional Health System In New York, Connecticut 

Connecticut’s Nuvance Health agreed to;join New York’s Northwell Health to form a new integrated regional health system serving consumers in both states. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The agreement is awaiting regulatory approval. ;

Northwell and Nuvance Health said the new regional health system would improve access to primary, specialty and hospital care. The two organizations have a combined;network of 14,500 providers and more than 1,000 sites of care, including 28 hospitals.;

Northwell said it would;make significant investments in Nuvance Health as part of the agreement . . .
