Nuvance Health Expands At-Home Cognitive Care Program To Primary Care Practices  

Nuvance Health is expanding access to its Neuroglee Connect at-home program for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and early-stage dementia. Previously the program was offered only by Nuvance Health neurology practices to consumers diagnosed with MCI or early-stage dementia. It will now be available through Nuvance Health primary care practices across New York and Connecticut.  

Neuroglee Connect provides personalized support in the home through a mobile device, including brain-stimulating activities, education, reminiscence and wellness activities.
