Nystrom & Associates To Acquire 25 Minnesota-Based Ellie Mental Health Clinics 

Nystrom & Associates, which provides outpatient mental health treatment in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, recently finalized an agreement to acquire 25 clinics owned by Ellie Mental Health. All the clinics being acquired are in Minnesota. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was announced in May and was anticipated to close in July.
