Oak Street Health Opens First Center In New Mexico

Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare, is expanding access to more older adults with the opening of its first New Mexico center at 5555 Zuni Road Southeast, Suite 11 in Albuquerque. The Zuni Road center is the first of three new centers anticipated to open in Albuquerque by the end of the year and, along with the opening of the company’s first Oklahoma center, brings the total number of states with an Oak Street Health center to 18.
