Oak Street Health To Enter Colorado In 2022, Continues Expansions In Georgia, Kentucky & Michigan

Oak Street Health, Inc. a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare, plans to open centers in Colorado, its 21st state. The centers will be located in Denver and Colorado Springs and are set to open in fall 2022. The company will also enter new cities in existing states with centers in Augusta, Georgia; Lexington, Kentucky; and Grand Rapids, Michigan throughout the rest of 2022.
