OffPlan Launches For Individuals, Families & Employers, Bringing Unlimited Direct Primary Care To Three States

OffPlan, a health care membership platform, launched in South Florida, Northern Virginia, and the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia. Individuals, families, self-employed professionals, independent contractors, and small and midsize businesses with up to 250 employees can enroll in the program. Members pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to a primary care physician and a member concierge who coordinates specialist care, laboratory services, and imaging. Members pay provider organizations directly at prices established in advance.
