Ohio Awards $5.3 Million Across 30 Grants To Expand Addiction Treatment In Jails
Ohio Attorney General (AG) Dave Yost awarded 30 grants totaling a combined $5.3 million to support addiction treatment for those incarcerated in Ohio, according to a recent announcement. With this fourth round of funding, the total awarded since AG Yost announced the first round of grants in March 2025 exceeds $10.9 million. In all, AG Yost’s office is offering $60 million in opioid settlement money over the next several years.
