Ohio Home Health Agency Bought By Cincinnati’s Black Stone

Health Services Connection Inc., a 20-year-old Toledo home health-care agency, has been acquired by Home Care by Black Stone. It’s the second Toledo-area acquisition made by the Cincinnati-based company this year. In March, Black Stone acquired Nursing Resources. It now operates as Nursing Resources by Black Stone.

Black Stone, founded in 1996, provides home based, nonmedical-assisted care; skilled nursing and therapy care, and home-based primary care.
