OhioGuidestone Acquires A Renewed Mind

OhioGuidestone recently entered an agreement to acquire the Toledo, Ohio area-based A Renewed Mind. Under the agreement, A Renewed Mind will independently operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of OhioGuidestone.

Through the collaboration, individuals in Ohio—particularly western Ohio—will now have an expanded array of behavioral and mental health services available to them. As both organizations offer behavioral services to those in need, and are faith-based, they feel that the collaboration will be mutually beneficial to both their organizations and consumers.
