OnMed, Jackson Health System & The Salvation Army Deploy OnMed CareStation To Extend Care Beyond Hospital Walls In Miami, Florida

OnMed announced a partnership with Jackson Health System and The Salvation Army to provide medical care at The Salvation Army’s Miami location in the Allapattah neighborhood at 1907 Northwest 38th Street. Sponsored by Jackson Health System, the OnMed CareStation will allow residents to connect with licensed health care professionals in a private setting supported by technology.

OnMed’s CareStation is an approximately 8-by-10-foot enclosed clinical unit that combines remote consultations with diagnostic equipment and on-site technology. It is intended to serve as a local access point for routine and urgent health care services.
