Optum & Red Ventures Launch Joint Venture RVO Health

Optum and Red Ventures launched RVO Health, a joint venture focused on consumer health. RVO Health is a new healthcare platform of digital media brands, services, and technologies. The platform includes Optum's Store and Perks and Red Ventures' Healthline Media, and Healthgrades, and the virtual coaching platforms Real Appeal, Wellness Coaching, and QuitForLife.

During the remainder of 2022, RVO Health will separate from Red Ventures to transition to into the new entity.
