Orchard Mental Health Group Acquires Maryland Counseling Associates 

Orchard Mental Health Group acquired Maryland Counseling Associates, adding four new locations to its footprint and 31 health care professionals to its clinical workforce. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Orchard’s service lines to also include Suboxone prescriptions for opioid use disorder; telehealth and virtual sessions; first-responder support; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, and other sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+) affirmative therapy; and culturally informed care in multiple languages.;
