Oregon I/DD Provider Organizations Albertina Kerr & Exceed Enterprises Merge  

Oregon-based non-profit provider organizations Albertina Kerr and Exceed Enterprises, which both offer services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health challenges, are set to merge. The merger takes effect August 1, 2024. Finanical details were not disclosed.

The merged organization will operate under the Albertina Kerr name. They aim to maximize impact by uniting programs under one organization. The organizations anticipated that the combined operational scale, structure, and efficiencies will provide a solid foundation for an even more significant impact in Oregon.
